Wow. So refreshing to deal with a company of kind, thoughtful and competent people. The Boatfix product is excellent and well thought out. We have been using Siren Marine for years in our TowBoatUS fleet. But the product has become buggy and not very reliable. We have converted our fleet to Boatfix. Their product has such an easy and reliable interface. Amazing customer service and is so simple to install. Boatfix gives our business peace of mind and makes for ease of use to track our vessels for safety for our captains and to help give better ETA’s for our customer’s. This service is a game changer for us. Reasonably priced and worth every penny. .

’m new to boating and I live in Chicago but leave my fishing boat on a trailer at my vacation house in Florida. Don’t get there as often as I like so it’s good to know that I can check on the battery voltage on the app and I always get notified if the battery dips. They were the ones who introduced me to a trickle charger so I always keep one on the boat just in case. I’ve called the hotline once or twice when I’ve had a question and the staff is super nice and helpful. Really great company to work with.

I boat on lake murray SC. I forgot to turn off my battery switch and left navigation light on. A support agent reached out to me with a text saying battery was below 11.7 volts and I got an alert on my phone. I went back to my boat and recharged the batteries and turned off the battery switch! Amazing service!

This app has been amazing for me! I love the protect mode of the Boat Fix app. our boat is moored at a neighborhood marina 7 miles from our home. I set up an invisible fence around by bit with the push of a button. I’m always worried something could happen, but if our boat moves, it sends an instant notification to me and Boat Fix can notify the authorities to track the boat in real time! Love the peace of mind!

We have had Boat Fix installed on our boat for 3 years now. While it’s great knowing how our battery is doing or where the boat is at all times, it came in real handy this summer when we had a problem starting the engines when heading back home for the day. Fortunately it was user error as we ran over a line in the water and it was tangled around the propeller. Boat Fix’s advisors walked us through a myriad of variables until we figured it out.
